Cancellation and Refund Conditions

You can return the product you purchased from chicestmoments.com without opening, damaging or damaging its packaging, without using the product, within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, in the same condition as you received it. Return the product with a petition or return form including the product invoice and order number. The shipping fee belongs to the customer. Cash-on-delivery shipments will not be accepted.


Open and check the packages you think were damaged during shipment in front of the authorized person of the company you received it from. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product by having a report drawn up by the cargo company. Please remember that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received. Returns of products whose packaging has been opened, used, damaged, etc. are not accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to them and, if used, to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use. If the customer returns the product or cancels their purchase, the product price will be refunded within fourteen (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches us. The product return fee to the credit card is made by your bank within 2-6 weeks. During this period, our company has no savings.


In cases where chicestmoments.com detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, use, etc. in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted back and the price will not be refunded.


In cases where the above conditions are met, the shipping fee for returned products will be paid by the customer. Money transfer refunds will be made within 3 business days and Credit Card refunds will be made within 3 business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service. After the "Cancelled" warning appears regarding your order, the entire amount is refunded to your credit card or the bank you made the transfer to. Refunds made in installment sales are reflected to your credit card by your bank as a plus balance every month.
